RF Project Manager

Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (GWS) a wireless engineering company is seeking a RF Project Manager to join our team in Dulles, Virginia. In this full-time RF Project Manager position, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Job Summary:

The primary focus of the RF Project Manager will be to prepare presentations and documentation regarding RF analysis and testing to present to the clients. He/she will also interact with clients to gather requirements and provide explanations of technical issues. The RF Project Manager will be responsible for researching new RF technologies as necessary to understand parameters and collected data. He/she will assist RF Engineers with analysis of collected RF data as necessary to prepare data for clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and prepare presentations and documents regarding RF analysis and testing and present to the client.
• Work closely with clients to gather necessary requirements and provide explanations and recommendations of technical issues.
• Continually seek out new RF technologies as necessary to understand parameters and collected data.
• Assist RF Engineers with analysis of collected RF data to prepare data for clients.
  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications
• Intimate knowledge of telecommunication technologies such as CDMA, EVDO, UMTS, HSPA, GSM, WiMax, LTE, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in RF Performance and Optimization.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical issues to non-technical clients.
• Experience in Project Management preferred with a PMP certification.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Very detail oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
