PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform processing and quality assurance of drive data
- Ensure timely analysis and reporting of processed data, making sure that schedule requirements are maintained

- Assist with special projects as required

Data Collection Supervisor |
Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (GWS) a wireless engineering company is seeking a data Collection Supervisor to join its team in Dulles, Virginia. In this full-time Supervisor position, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with GWS’ customers to formulate a project plans defined by the project scope of work
- Resolve project issues
- Define and manage assignments of multiple drive test teams to accomplish the required tasks
- Use software tools to schedule projects and effectively utilize resources
- Communicate status on a regular basis to both Management and our customers as well as other duties assigned by Management

RF ENGINEER |
Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (GWS) a wireless engineering company is seeking a RF Engineer to join its team in Dulles, Virginia. In this full-time RF Engineer position, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze collected data to highlight trends and optimization needs for different wireless carriers
- Troubleshoot collected data to solve RF related problems on multiple technologies
- Research new RF technologies as needed to understand parameters and data as provided by varying collection equipment and technologies
- Write SQL code to query and analyze data and create summary reports as requested by the client
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications is required
- Intimate knowledge of telecommunication technologies (CDMA, EVDO, UMTS, HSPA, GSM, WiMax, etc.) and experience in RF Performance and Optimization
- Ability to read and understand layer3 messaging preferred

Software Engineer |
Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (GWS) a wireless engineering company is seeking a Software Engineer to join its team in Virginia. GWS offers highly motivated individuals a technically challenging environment, competitive compensation and outstanding benefits package.
The GWS Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, documents, and implements technical applications and application enhancements to GWS internal systems, such as the Benchmarking report system for RF test drive data. Because each client may use a different type of wireless communications protocol (e.g., CDMA, iDEN, TDMA, GSM, EDGE, UMTS, 1xRTT, 1xEVDO), the software tools must be customized to each wireless networking provider’s needs and specifications. Additionally, the software tools continue to evolve based on ever-increasing demands by the company’s clients. In close coordination with the Senior RF Engineer, the Software Engineer is responsible for implementing the means by which to measure network carrier performance, and developing and testing these applications using Visual Basic, SQL Server, ASP, etc. As a member of our engineering team, the Software Engineer may also help develop applications, software, and databases used to support network planning, expansion, and testing. In addition, he interacts with other departments to troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical problems.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science; knowledge of telecommunication technologies (TDMA, CDMA, iDEN, GSM, etc.); experience with Visual Basic, VBA, SQL Server, and T-SQL. Minimum of 3 years of professional, software experience required. Experience in ASP and .NET framework preferred.
